Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear.
But if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Final sale items cannot be returned.

How it works:

  1. Email us at support@funnelwearshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping.
  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Note:
As a print-on-demand brand, each piece is made to order. That means we don’t keep inventory — so exchanges are not available.
